Domestic Delivery:

Orders to a destination within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan are dispatched on the same day if the order is placed by 12pm. This does not include Fridays, which may be pushed to the next working day according to availability.

Deliveries outside of Amman are carried out by Aramex. These deliveries are expected to arrive within 48 hours of being dispatched from Bunni Coffee. Once dispatched, Bunni Coffee is not responsible in case of an unexpected delay or incorrect handling by Aramex.

Domestic Delivery Fees:

All domestic deliveries with a value less than 20 JOD are charged a 2.50 JOD delivery fee.

All deliveries that are equal to or exceed a value of 20 JOD and that are located in Amman are delivered free of charge. Deliveries outside of Amman are charged a 2.50 JOD delivery fee.

International Delivery:

For international orders, we ship whole coffee beans only to better preserve the flavours and aromas of the product.

Orders to a location outside of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan are collected and processed by DHL Global. We dispatch on the same day if the order is placed by 12pm. This does not include Fridays, which may be pushed to the next working day according to availability.

International Delivery Fees:

Fees vary depending on destination. During checkout, the applicable rate will be indicated and charged to the customer upon placing the order. This charge does not include any import fees or taxes that may be applicable according to your country's regulations. These regulations are not within our jurisdication and any additional cost resulting from the importation process must be borne by the customer. The importation process may also delay the shipment beyond the expected timeframe for delivery.

International shipments may also be delayed beyond the expected timeframe indicated if the address provided is incomplete or lacking vital information. If DHL are required to activate their tracing service due to a lack of information on the part of the customer, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 10 JOD which is charged by DHL Global in such situations.

Bunni.coffee will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the laws in the Hashemtie Kingdom of Jordan.

Multiple shipments/transactions/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
