The coffee itself is great. However, I think there should be more clarity regarding the delivery process. I put it in the order Friday morning before 12pm under the impression that orders placed before 12 are delivered same day. I called the next morning to ask about the status of my order and then I was informed that orders placed on Friday are delivered next day. It would also be useful to have a timeslot to expect the delivery.

I was totally giving up on finding a medium/dark roast with the perfect acidity—until I found your place! It was like finding an oasis in the desert. The Colombia blend is absolutely incredible and makes my mornings (and evenings!) so much better. Huge thanks to the team for always delivering perfection!

Great coffee! No acidity and very forgiving. For context i use a delonghi superautomatic espresso machine that doesn't let you make fine adjustments so a lot of the more fruity and exotic specialty beans just won't work with my machine but these beans are great and i love the freshness.
