Refund Policy
You are entitled to a refund in the following situations:
- The wrong product was sent;
- The product was defective;
- The product was damaged upon arrival;
- The product was tampered with.
For international shipments, damage to the original seal of the products resulting from checks performed by customs authorities are not considered damage or tampering.
Refunds will be made only onto the original method of payment. It may take between 10 and 45 days if made by credit card, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Please see below the conditions based on the type of product purchased:
Coffee
- There are no returns or refunds on coffee once it has left the roastery.
- A customer can cancel their order before 9am on the expected delivery date. If the order is placed on the same day as the delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
- We sell our beans as whole beans and grind upon the request of the customers as a complementary service. We take an average of the appropriate grind size for your device. If you prefer a certain grind size that differs from our pre-set grind sizes, let us know and we can adjust for you. The product is not eligible for refund or return should you experience any issue with grind size.
Equipment
- You have seven calendar days to return an item from the date of the invoice.
- To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. You must also present the original receipt issued when the item was purchased.
- Returns can only be made in person at the roastery, where the items will be examined prior to issuing any replacement item.
Courses/Workshops
- Any cancellations to courses or workshops must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start of the course are not entitled to a refund.
