I couldn’t really taste any acidity, sweetness, or fruity notes in this coffee. I didn’t taste the pineapple or light caramel mentioned in the description. Instead, it had a typical roasted coffee flavor, without any distinctive fruity or sweet notes.
I tried brewing it in V60 using four different methods and adjusted the grind size, but the result was pretty much the same each time.
What grind size and brewing recipe would you recommend to bring out the pineapple notes in this coffee?
